何故かインド料理店密度が高い湘南台。
中でも一番駅に近く、通し営業で便利なのがこちら。
湘南台西口A出口すぐ。
ガストの上、サイゼリヤの奥にあたる場所。
「Indian Dining & Cafe Mantraマントラ」
都内を中心に展開する上野「マントラ」とは無関係。
（店内には「マンタラ」という表記も混在しています。）
2012年のオープン当初は「ダバインディア」にいたシェフを擁し、南インド料理も提供していたようですが、
2016年7月現在は完全に北インド料理に特化しています。
ネパール系インド料理店にはあるモモなども無く、純粋に北インド料理。
基本的なカレーはスモールサイズも用意されていますよ。

うぉ、これは凄い。
想像を超えてガーリックだらけのマトンカレーですね！！
カレーはリッチ&クリーミー。
しっかり丁寧に作った本格派です。
一見ボリューム少なめにも見えますが、充分な満足感が。
ちなみに辛さは4辛にしたのですが、程よいバランス感。
逆にこれ以上マイルドだと、物足りなさが残るかも知れません。
オトナなカレーファンの皆々様には、4辛以上を強くオススメします。
辛さの設定含め、ファミリーでも学生グループでも楽しめる、安定のお店。
味もしっかりしている良店ですよ。
