生活圏にあるせいか、あまり意識していなかったのですが旅行雑誌に詳しーく掲載されていたのと
家人がたまにの贅沢でグリーン車で食べながら帰ってくるのが喜びだというので
あらためて味わってみました。
シウマイは帆立貝柱の風味が特徴で、かすかに経木の薫りの移ったご飯
蓋に少しついてたり、まずこれを食べてから。
サイコロ状の筍の煮物が好物です。
唐揚げ、鮪焼き、蒲鉾、卵焼きも入ってます。
あんずは最後に食べる派
そして経木の薫りを感じながら冷たいの、いや常温ですね笑 の状態で食べるのがらしくて好きです。
関西シウマイ弁当というのもあるそうで、食べ比べてみたいです！
