イオン藤沢店の裏(?)の完成な住宅街にある戸建てのレストラン。
土曜日の昼1時過ぎに訪問。
先客は２組。
ご夫婦連れと、高齢のご婦人おひとり様。
ランチメニューはハンバーグが推しなのか?
ハンバーグ、オニオングラタン、オリジナルカレープレート、ひるばんランチ…
メニューは豊富だが、特徴がなく少し迷う。
風邪気味で喉が腫れているので、熱い料理はさけるため、スパゲティランチをオーダー。
スパゲティーは、トマトソースを選択したが、ペペロンチーノとの二択だ。
麺の太さは中太1.6mmかな?、少々硬めの茹で加減は程よい感じ、
思いの外、ピーマンとソーセージが大振りで、大量、具沢山。
ソーセージの塩味と胡椒が効いたピリ辛味は、多少濃いめの味付けだ。
サラダもサービス満点の具沢山。彩も鮮やか。
ドレッシングはさすがに、市販のフレンチドレッシングと思われる…
スープは、コーンではないし、パンプキンなのか?
正体不明のまま…
随所に、サービス精神が旺盛な店主の気持ちが現れているように思われた。
晩年になってからのオープンなのだろう？
地元に愛されている感が微笑ましい。
ただ、厨房で何が起きているかわからない…
まさか？……
