誕生日を迎える母に食べたいケーキ屋さんをリサーチするとこちらのいちご系を食べたいと。
そのついでに私もいただきます。
ドンクのカヌレが好きだったのですがいつの間にか無くなってしまい、カヌレも下火。そんな中、こちらのパヴェは中の層のひとつにカヌレがあるとの事で、数あるチョコからこちらを選択。
以前はチーズ系に傾倒していたのですが、最近ではチョコをよく食べます。
外側のチョコはアーモンドを含んでパリッとしていて、あのアイスのよう。
中はカヌレと沢山の層があり、正直駄舌の私には何だか分かりませんが、非常に美味しいことは確かです。
たぶん機会とラインナップがあればまた書います。
あー美味しい。
四クチ程度で食べ切ると、ケーキに対する敬意が感じられないと各所から言われます。
