バルサミコのコクのある酸味とブルーチーズの塩味がいちごの甘味とリーフを相性良くまとめたサラダでした
最初に目について頼むことを決めていた
チーズとチョコレートのアイスケーキ、
よくcassataとして他所ではみるようなイメージ。
ナッツやチョコレートがごろごろ入って食感がすごく良い！
溶けていくごとに強くわかる、口の中でのチーズの風味
さらに、形が崩れたからと好意でつけてくださったガトーショコラがビターで濃厚で美味しい
デザートのクオリティが素晴らしいです。
ドリンクも梅酒だけでも数種類あり、雰囲気もよく居心地が良いで会話が弾みます
