2023年1月訪問。
所用にて慶應藤沢イノベーションビレッジまで。
その帰りにランチに訪問しました。
関東で初めて国家戦略特区の承認を得て建てられたレストランとのことで、地産地消に力をいれています。
地域の方にも人気でランチタイムはすぐに満席。
ランチメニューは種類が豊富で選ぶのに迷ってしまいます。
発酵ミックスプレート 1380円(税抜)
自家製醤（ひしお）漬け唐揚げ と 低温熟成蒸し鶏（自家製塩麴ソース）を両方が入ったメニュー。メインのほかにサラダにお野菜プレートで食べ応え十分です。
ランチで美味しいお野菜を楽しみたいときにオススメです。
