地元の食堂のような安心感もありつつ、明るく開放感のある店内。あたたかい日にはテラスも良さそう☀️
食材は70%以上が藤沢産で、地産地消(さらには自産自消)の推進に注力されています。
味付けには、醤・甘酒・塩麹といった発酵調味料を使用！これがなんとも美味しい！
