【2023年07月18日】夜
いつも営業時間が終了してしまっている駅前の中華そば屋。
店の前を通る時刻を少しだけ早めたらなんとか営業時間内に入れた。
それでももうほとんど食材は残っていないとのこと。
メニューを見るとラーメンだけではなく色々な中華料理がたべられるようだ。定食も充実している。
ラーメンはできるか尋ねたら醤油ラーメンでいいか？ということなのでそれにしてもらう。
シンプルな味の醤油らーめん。すっきりした味わい。
金沢の人間は飲んだ後にこういうラーメンで〆るのが好きだ。
もう少し早い時間帯に来て定食も試してみたいが、難しいか。
