イタリアンはあまりハズレがないので
無難にイタリアンを選んでしまう事がある。
逆に言えば本当に美味しいと思ったイタリアンは
今は閉店してしまったグリーチネだけだったように思う。
『TrattoriaAdriana』さん
湘南台駅から徒歩３〜5分、商店街の中にある。
店内は満席に近いぐらい賑わっていた。
最初見た時はランチが高いように思ったけれど決して高くないと食べた後に思う。

前菜が美味しい。
特に美味しいのがタラをペースト状にしたものとサラミ。
サラミはハムのように大きく薄い。
脂身もアッサリしていて美味しい。
タラのペースト状にしたものは
泡の中にほぐしたタラの身が入っていて新食感でめっちゃうまかった。

パスタランチは３種類から選べる
このパスタも最高。
自家製手打ちパスタは中太麺。
イタリアで修行を積んだ店主が作る本場の味。
まずはいんげん。
日本ではあまり見ない、細くかなり柔らかい。
このいんげんだけでもお酒のおつまみでいけるぐらいの旨さがある。
そして熟成リコッタチーズ。
ただ、乗っている時は溶けないのにパスタをクルクルと巻いているうちに溶けていく。
チーズが苦手な私でも美味しくて悶絶する。
【チョコのタルト】
このデザートはオレンジと一緒に食べると美味しい。
【コーヒー】
スッキリとした味わいのコーヒー。
本当に美味しいイタリアンに出会えた気がした。
ここは他のメニューもぜひ食べてみたい。
