湘南台に新しく出来たこちらのお店、平日のランチタイムにお邪魔しました。
何でもイタリアで修業した女性シェフが腕をふるっているとの事で期待しながら伺いました。
お店はカジュアルな雰囲気でホール担当の女性は明るい感じです。
一方シェフは職人気質といった感じです。
ランチメニューは以下の通り。
・Aコース 1,080円
サラダ・パスタ（３種から選択）・コーヒー
・Bコース 1,620円
前菜盛り合わせ・パスタ・デザート・コーヒー
・Cコース 2,500円（要予約）
Bコースにワンドリンクとお魚かお肉のメイン付き
この日の選べるパスタは
・プーリア風いんげん豆と熟成リコッタチーズのトマトソーススパゲティ
・鶏肉の猟師風カチャトーラソース
・米茄子、ツナ、プチトマトのアーリオオーリオフジッリ
Cコースを予約しておいたのでまずはドリンクを選びます。
・スパークリングワイン
コース内でスパークリングワインをいただけるのはとてもお得です。
暑い日だったのでシュワシュワとした泡が喉に刺激を与えて気持ちいいです。
・前菜盛り合わせ
イサキのマリネ、南瓜のレモン煮、紫キャベツ、茄子のトマトソース、モルダレッラ、
サラミの盛り合わせ。
品数は揃っているものの取り立てて響くような品がなく淡々と食べる感じでした。
サラミやハムは塩気があるのでスパークリングワインがすすみました。
・フォカッチャ
王道の味わいでした。
・パスタ１
プーリア風インゲン豆と熟成リコッタチーズのトマトソーススパゲティ（大盛り＋２００円）。
細いインゲン豆とチーズが乗ったスパゲティはトマトソースがまろやかな味わいで
食べやすかったです。
トマトソースにほんのりとした甘みがあるのでチーズ無しでも美味しく食べられます。
・パスタ２
鶏肉の猟師風リングイネ（大盛り＋２００円）
鶏肉とオリーブが乗ったリングイネには驚くほど味がない。
オリーブの塩気が唯一の頼みで麺自体には塩気も味もないので食べるのが苦痛になるほど
味気ないパスタでした。
途中から物凄く混んで来たので厨房を一人で仕切っているシェフが味付けするのを
忘れたのかしら？と疑いたくなるようなパスタでした。
友達と２人で大盛りにしたことを激しく後悔した一品でした。
・メイン１
鶏モモ肉。
じゃが芋が添えられた鶏もも肉は塩コショウのシンプルな味わいで美味しかったです。
骨周りまでしゃぶりつくように食べてしまいました。
・メイン２
カンパチのグリル。
こちらはヤングコーンやプチトマト、ズッキーニ等のグリル野菜が添えられていました。
ヤングコーンの髭も美味しくいただきましたがメインのお魚はややもっさりとしていました。
安いコースなので多くは望めませんがバルサミコ酢のソースなどがかかっていれば更に
美味しくいただけたと思います。
・デザート
杏子のコンポートとパンナコッタ。
甘い杏子と極々普通のパンナコッタでした。
・コーヒー
パスタを２つとも大盛りにしたので3,024円でしたがそれでもかなりお手頃なお値段です。
Aコース目当てなのか？後続客がわんさか訪れ店内はあっとゆー間に満席になっていました。
カウンター席もあるので一人でふらりと来ても寛げそうです。
味については正直何一つ響くものはありませんでしたが手軽にパスタを食べたい時には
向いているお店だと思います。
帰りには武骨な感じのシェフもお見送りに来てくれました。
