平日の昼に伺いました。場所は、湘南台駅地下通路から東口F出口を上がり、右に180度回り込み小田急線駅舎に向かいます。突き当りを左、藤沢方へ線路沿いに2m幅の歩行者専用道路に入ります。2つ目の左丁字路を入り右手。地上に出て2分程度になります。
こちらは、フォローをしているレビュアーの方のコメントを見て、機会があれば伺おうと考えていたお店。今日は、湘南台駅が昼時の乗り換え駅になったことから伺いました。
店頭にランチメニューがあります。喫煙可の記載も。近寄ってきたスタッフに招き入れられ入店します。いつもならカウンターですが、少し迷っているとテーブルどうぞと。それではと、2人掛けテーブルに着かせていただきました。すぐにご常連が2名カウンターに座られたので正解でしたね。
卓上の、店頭と同じランチメニューを見ます。どれも同傾向なので迷いますが、他では見たことのない、白レバーニラ炒め定食860円を注文。ご飯、汁物、小鉢、漬物付きです。ご飯の種類、白米か十六穀米。お冷の種類、水かお茶。この選択を聞かれます。白飯とお茶を。
程なくしてお茶が提供。粉抹茶の冷茶ですね。それほど濃くなく美味しい。
7~8分で提供です。ジュージューと言う円形の鉄板からは湯気が上がっています。まずは、味噌汁から。麩とわかめが具です。何だろう。一工夫を感じます。味噌は薄めですが、旨みを感じます。そして小鉢。絹ごし豆腐の冷奴。ピリ辛ダレで。さて、主菜です。鶏レバー、ニラ、もやしの炒めもの。鶏レバーは、焼鳥屋さんのそれと同じですね。味付けは、市販の焼肉ダレのような感じですが、良い意味でシンプルかつさっぱりして、甘みが抑えられているので食べ進めることができます。ただ、とにかくボリュームが凄い。最後まで熱々でたいへん美味しい。ご飯は中くらいの丼に200gくらい。少し柔らかめながら瑞々しく美味しい。漬物はなすのぬか漬け。もう少しボリュームがあると嬉しい。
何となく夜に期待ができそうなお店です。晴れて来られるようになったら機会を作って伺いたい。
