メディアでもちらほら取り上げられているこちらの揚げ物専門店。移転して綺麗に、そして広いお店になったようです。駅の反対側に、以前の場所の看板が残りっぱなしですが、確かに小さかったんだなってのが分かる。
で、こちらのお店、メディアで取り上げられる時には、いろんな食材を揚げてくれる、持ち込み食材を何でも揚げてくれるって感じだったようですが、そういうのは今は？ないようで。

要は雪見だいふくを揚げたもの。
揚げ色は綺麗だし、形もちゃんとキープしている。
ザクッと衣。で、揚げると、大福の生地はとろけてしまうのか、あのもちもち食感がほぼなくなってた。で、衣、油の味が強く、バニラアイスもそれに負けちゃってる感じがね、ありました。
雪見だいふくは揚げるものではないようだ。
