湘南ライフタウン、湘南東急の一階に
入ってるパスタ専門店アルバに行ってきました♪
珍しく息子と二人でのディナータイム♪
生パスタを使用してる割にお値段がリーズナブルだったので少なめを想定して大盛りにしましたが通常で150㌘大盛りで225㌘だそうです(*^^*)
息子もカルボナーラ好きなのでメニューは同じもの
をチョイス♪
・自家製ベーコンのカルボナーラ 1265円
・大盛り +220円
パスタはやや太麺を使用されてます。
生パスタを使用してるのでモチモチ食感で濃厚な
クリームソースに良く合ってますね^_^
具材もニンニクスライスがタップリ入っており
ベーコンも美味しかったので満足感あります♪
本店が都内のお店だけあって支店もオシャレでした☆
