I came to a restaurant I was interested in for lunch on a weekday. It looks like a restaurant that serves Horse Meat Dishes, but I guess the lunch menu is mainly pasta and other dishes. When I sat down, I saw today's pasta written on the blackboard menu, so I ordered my favorite, Amatriciana. When I looked closely, I noticed that the lunch menu was like a set A that included pasta and an appetizer, so I wanted to change to that, but they said it was no longer available... Well, it was my fault for ordering without looking carefully. So I gave up. However, the simple mousse and focaccia were included, and the taste of the pasta was good, so I would definitely come back if I have the chance. There was bacon-like meat in the Amatriciana, but the texture didn't feel like pork, so I wonder if it's smoked horse meat? I tought.
