湘南台駅から徒歩すぐにある「53's Noodle」は、鶏ガラと魚介の旨味が凝縮された醤油ラーメンが人気のラーメン店です。
今回、初めて醤油ラーメンを味わってきましたが、期待を裏切らない美味しさでした。スープは鶏ガラの濃厚なコクと魚介の繊細な風味が絶妙に調和しており、最後まで飽きることなく楽しめます。麺は中細ストレートで、スープとの絡みも抜群です。
具材は、チャーシュー、メンマ、海苔、ネギなど。チャーシューはトロトロで柔らかく、メンマはコリコリとした食感を楽しめます。
店内は明るく清潔感があり、カウンター席とテーブル席があります。接客も丁寧で気持ちよく食事ができます。
