夫と。
湘南藤沢地方卸売市場に初めて行きました＾＾
市場内のハンバーグが美味しいらしい！と、
夫が旨情報をGETしてきてくれたので♡
伺ったのは牛’sさん。
まず、
入り口でメニューを決めお会計をしてから
空いているお席につきます。
スープはセルフでお一人様一杯まで。
以前はフリーだったらしいのですが、
おかわりするだけして残す人がいるので
一人一杯に変えたそうです。
このスープ旨味がギュギュギュッッと
とても美味しい(*´ー｀*)
こんな美味しいならたっぷり注げばよかったと後悔...
しかし
この悔やんだ心の声がダダ漏れていたようで
オーナーさんがよければスープおかわり下さいと！嬉
キッチンにいらしたのになんで聞こえたんだろ？笑
喜んでおかわりさせて頂きました♡
夫婦共にハンバーグをオーダーし、
私→ソースはデミグラスでチーズをトッピング
夫→ソースはオニオンで目玉焼きをトッピング
今度はステーキを食べたいな☺︎
