辻堂で最高のカレー発見
朝から口がカレーの日ってありませんか？
今日、私がそうでして
辻堂駅すぐのミナミカレーに行こうと思いましたが
あまりの行列に、車の中から見て断念
そして、少し辻堂を彷徨った後
偶然、こちらのお店に来ることができました
店の外のスパイスの香りから
勝ち筋が見えた気がしました
旨いこと確定の瞬間、ありますよね？
今日は無性に辛いのが食べたくて
迷わず一番ホットのチキンビンダルーを注文
本格インドカリーに、そこはかとなく漂う
上品なフレンチの香り
辛さは控えめでしたが、広がるスパイスに
思わず笑みが溢れます
これは本当に旨いやつ
セットにデフォルトでついてくるお野菜のカレー
これもまたとてつもなく旨い
長葱のようなもの見えまして
少し日本人に合わせてくれてるのかな？
ナンもカリッとして、もっちり
何もつけなくても美味しいです
そして嬉しいのが食後のチャイ
冷たくて甘いチャイが
スパイスでほてった体を優しく冷ましてくれます
本当に久しぶりにリピート確定のお店を発見

先月発見したリピート確定のボージャンさんへ
ピークタイムを外して13:30に予約
今日はチキンモルタニを辛さ増し増しで
カバブの盛り合わせのついたセットにしましょう
ミルク感の強いチキンカレー
その中に、しっかり香るスパイス
これも好きですね
今日一番の収穫は、チキンカバブ
フォークで裂けるくらいに柔らかなチキン
香ばしく焼き上げた皮
もう、最高ですね♪
カレーはビンダルー系が好きかな
次に行くのが楽しみなお店はいいですね
