神奈川のカレーのトップクラスだと思います。こちらのシェフはフレンチの経験もあれば六本木のインド料理の名店で修行したとの噂も。
カレーは2種類、黄色い方はベジタブルカレーでパプリカの香りがすごく心地よいし野菜の食感もよかった。そして真っ白なカレーがチキンモルタニ。マイルドで粘土のあるルーを想定していたが真逆、サラサラしていて辛いそしてこの上品な味は味はなんだろう、ヨーグルトとカシューナッツが使われていることは確認。
シシカバブとタンドリーチキンも絶妙なスパイス使いで美味しいと思った。
煉瓦造りの外観、清潔な内装と空間のこだわりが高くすごく素晴らしいひと時でした。
神奈川はアルペンジローやキクヤカレー等の名店があるけど両店ともここよりはカジュアル。ここボージャンは高級路線で方向性が違ってレベルが高い、個人的には神奈川だとセンターの北アジョワンが好きな方はど真ん中のストライクだと思う。
