寒い思いをした居酒屋を後にし、〆を物色。珍しくラーメンとはいかず、炒飯が食べたくなりました。
すぐ近くにあった清珍楼、こじんまりとした素敵な店内のお店です。隣りの天天とはしまい店とか。
席につきメニーを開きますが迷わず海鮮炒飯をオーダー。冷たいお茶か温かいお茶どちらにしますかと言われ温かいお茶をお願いしましたが、ぬるめの麦茶でした。茶器はとても素敵だったのでこれは残念。中国茶が出て欲しかったなぁ。
店内は前客3組、1組は直前入店のためオーダーがが重なってしまい提供までの時間少しが長くなりました。
さて、炒飯も素敵な器で出てきました！色も柄もイイ。辛いのが大丈夫でしたら辛味噌お使いくださいの声、辛味だけでなくスパイシーとのこと。貴州省の特徴とか。
炒飯ですが海老や帆立、イカなどが小さく切られており、お米との一体感が素晴らしい。最低限の塩味で味付けされていますが、十分旨みが引き出されています。スープも同様控えめな味付けですが美味しいです。
辛味噌を試して見ましたが、辛味は後からくる感じ、体験したことのない香りと味ですがこちらも控えめな感じです。店内同様、マダムも控えめで対応も丁寧でした。器も中国から取り寄せているそうです。貴州省料理は火鍋が有名らしいですね。
どこかで食べてみようかかなぁ。ご馳走さまでした。
