『四川料理、湖南料理、貴州料理』
この三省が中国三大激辛料理と言われているそうです。
その中でも1番辛い料理を好むのが貴州だって❗️
四川→湖南→貴州の順で辛さがヤバくなるそうです。
日本人には全然 聞き慣れない貴州料理ですが、
辛いだけでは無く「酸」も合わさるのが特徴みたい。
日本で貴州料理が食べれるお店をネット検索しても、ほんの2〜3軒しかありませんでした(´・∀・｀)激レア
そんな珍しいお料理を茅ヶ崎で食べれるなんて
行くしかない❗️って事で、早速行って来ました♪
酸っぱ辛いで思い付くのは酸辣湯麺ぐらいだなぁ。
到着してみると、なんと横浜飯店さんのお隣りの
中華料理屋さん❗️前からあるお店だった❗️メニュー変えてガチ中華寄りにリニューアルしたみたいです(*^^*)
メニューを見ると、辛いメニューと
普通の中華料理と両方あって、
辛い唐辛子マークのメニューの方が少ないです。
辛いのを食べる気分で来たので、もちろん
オーダーは唐辛子マーク付きから選びました♪
あ！餃子だけ普通！
麻婆豆腐は 美味しいけど、思っていたほど辛く無くて、誰もが美味しく食べれるレベルの辛さでした。
中国一辛い貴州料理を食べに来たつもりなので
ちょっと肩透かし(ﾟωﾟ)お豆腐も絹なので柔やわ。
お次は漬唐辛子の肉チャーハン！
この漬唐辛子が貴州特有の調味料で、
細かくしたフレッシュ唐辛子に ニンニクとお塩をいれて漬けて作るそうです。ザオラージャウっていう酸味と辛味を融合させた貴州の名物調味料と書いてありました。
確かにチャーハンの中に唐辛子は沢山入っていましたが、程よい辛さです。熟成していないフレッシュで軽い辛味。爽やかさを感じながらバクバク食べれてしまいました！酸味もあまり感じない。
これも激辛料理では無かったですけど、ザオラージャウがクセになる味でとっても気に入りました❗️d(≧▽≦)✨ ハマる味♪♪
最後に貴州赤味噌牛骨ラーメン！
これ、調理に時間が掛かるのか、
オーダーから40分経過でやっと提供されました！
中華料理店で、お料理出てくるのが遅いって
なかなか経験無いですねぇ…
早すぎて驚くことの方が圧倒的に多い。
お味は、日本人にも余裕の辛さとスパイス感の牛肉麺でした。激辛じゃ無いです❗️麺がコシが無くて細くて伸びやすい普通の中華麺なのが残念。
でも、これだけガチ中華寄りのメニューを
頼めるお店がこの辺りには無いので、
有り難い一軒にはなりそうです(´・∀・｀)♪
結局、激辛料理は食べれなかったので
『貴州風』なお店なのかな？
まだ、貴州酸麺とか 貴州酸湯鍋とかを
食べていないので、何とも言えませんが
次回、必ず挑戦してみます❗️(´♡ω♡`)
