平日11時40分頃訪問。
先客1名ですぐに入れたが、すぐ満席になりました。
写真で美味しそうだったつけ麺を注文
麺は少し柔めでつけ汁によく絡む。
つけ汁は、最初は二郎系の風味？と思いましたが、そこまでクセが強くなく、豚骨とみそを混ぜたような感じに感じました。とても美味しい。
またトッピングとして大量の白髪ねぎと少し辛めの揚げ玉が乗っており、つけ汁の濃さを中和して飲みやすくしてくれる。
すべてが計算されてバランスの良い、美味しいつけ麺でした。
最後に、大盛りにも関わらず麺の量が少し少なく、物足りなかったところだけが難点です。
自分は食べる方なので、そこまで量を食べない方は非常にオススメです。
