店内は小上がりとカウンター席という、非常に珍しい配置を採用しています。
一人客のナオジは店の一番奥のカウンター席に着きメニュー表を拝見。
ざるそば 800円
天せいろ 1,500円
上天せいろ 2,000円
天丼セット 1,500円など価格設定は高級店と言えるでしょう。
定番の たぬきそば 800円を選択し、恰幅のよい女将さんへオーダー。
熱いお茶のサービスがあります。
・たぬきそば
重厚な白い丼にネギと蒲鉾のトッピング。
出汁の香りは感じない濃い色のおつゆに細くて繊細なそば。
蕎麦鑑定士という資格をお持ちの従業員さんがいらっしゃるこちらのおそばですが、甘汁ではその拘りを感じ取ることはできませんでした。
量的にも多めではないので、しっかりと食べたい方は+200円の大盛が必要になるかも。
出前を中心とした営業方針なんでしょう。
デリバリー代を加算すればたぬきそば800円も決して高くはないんでしょうけども、店内でこのたぬきそばが800円となるとかなり割高に感じてしまいます。
