市場の片隅にあるハム工房ジロー。茅ヶ崎駅からけっこう歩きます。ハムを買ったついでに、ハムサンドも頂きました。
丁寧に作られているハムです。次回はコンビーフにしようと思います。
青葉台のイベントでハムを購入しました。京都のイノダ珈琲店のハムサンドはここのものだったんですね。
