茅ヶ崎のラチエン通り沿いに、青海岸という店があります。
店名からビーチ沿いのハワイアン料理店かと思っていましたが、SNSの情報を見ていると、どうやら蕎麦屋らしい。
歩くと30分くらいの距離なので、平日休みを利用して散歩がてら出掛けてみました。
ファサードはサーフショップみたいな雰囲気でしたが、奥に藍染めの暖簾が掛かっているので、やっと蕎麦屋と分かりました。
店内は意外にも普通の町蕎麦屋の造りで、小さなテーブルが並んで、奥には蕎麦を挽く電動石臼が置いてある。
メニューは豊富で何でも出来るようですが、平沼田中屋の名物の刻み鴨せいろが推しのようなので、田中屋で修業された方が店主のようです。
青海岸の新名物と銘打った「貝柱とアサリのあられせいろ」というのが、他店では見た事がないので注文しました。
二段重ねのせいろ蕎麦と平皿にこんもりと盛り上がる貝柱とアサリの天ぷらがセットで登場。
日本酒の冷酒が色々あったので、地酒の丹沢山の摘みに天ぷらをいただくと、貝の旨味との相性が良い。
あらかた天ぷらを食べてから蕎麦をズズっと啜ってお腹いっぱいになりました。
黒板の摘みメニューも豊富なので、夜に居酒屋使いすると良さそうな蕎麦屋さんでした。
