茅ヶ崎市にあるパティスリーです。
まさかの駐車場無しだったので、私と娘だけで訪問。
主人は、車で周りをうろうろしてました(^^;
購入したのは、
■ミルフィーユ・オ・マロン(500円+税)
■デリス・シトロン(480円+税)
■モンブラン(600円+税)
■バーボン・マロン・バターサンド(345円+税)
■フィナンシェ(200円+税)
■ブルトン(220円+税)
■ガトー・アールグレイ(278円+税)
店内には、コンフィチュールがたくさんありました。
娘が気になっていたようですが、我が家では、あまり使い道がないのでスルー(^^;
プチガトーは、どれも甘めでした。
モンブランは、栗の風味は少し弱いかなと感じました。
バーボンマロンバターサンドは、バーボンウイスキーが染み込んだマロングラッセ入り。サクサクのクッキーと濃厚なクリームがいい感じ。
洋酒を使ったスイーツ好きにはマストですね。
焼き菓子は、フィナンシェがやや残念でした。
それ以外は、普通に美味しかったです。
