去年桜道に出来たトラットリア、前を通るたびに気になっていたのですがランチが
１２時からなので、それまで待てず何度も諦めてましたがついに行く事が出来ました。
外の看板メニューには常時３種類のスパゲティーが表示されておりますが、いつ見ても
お肉のパスタしかないので魚の取り扱いはないのかもしれません。
取り敢えずコンビーフを使ったパスタがあったので、これなら食べられると思い店の
扉を開けました。
店内にはテーブル席に団体さんが一組いただけでカウンター席は空いてました。
ランチは前菜盛り合わせ、パン、スパゲティー、ドリンク、一口デザートが付いて1,080円と
この辺りではかなり良心的価格です。
シェフ１人で切り盛りされているのでこの価格で提供出来るのでしょう。
・前菜盛り合わせ
サラダ、スープ、リエット、ポテトサラダ。
サラダにかかっている自家製ドレッシングが美味しくて野菜をモリモリ食べられます。
このドレッシングは販売もしているので次回行ったら買おうと思います。
スープも優しい甘みでちゃんと美味しいです。
ポテトサラダもまろやかな味わいで酸味がなく食べやすかったです。
とても千円ランチで出てくるクオリティとは思えぬ程きっちりとした前菜でした。
・パン
しっかり温められて提供されます。
・パスタ
この日はエゾ鹿とひよこ豆のミートソース、コンビーフと白菜のクリームソース、トリッパとキャベツの
オリーブオイルソースの３種類だったので唯一食べられるコンビーフと白菜のクリームソースにしました。
細めのアルデンテがくどくないクリームソースに絡んで美味しかったです。
具材は少ないですがコンビーフのちょっとした塩気がきいてました。
・ドリンク
コーヒーと共に手作りマシュマロをいただきましたが、これがとろける様な食感で美味しかったぁ。
この内容と味で1,080円はかなりお得だと思いました。
この値段なら無理なく通えるのでまたメニュー次第で行ってみようと思います。
