最近、近くに引っ越したので夫婦で寄ってみました。
最初に頼んだオードブル盛り合わせはベジタブルかお肉か選べます。ビールを頼んでオードブルはお肉のほうにしました。軽く飲むつもりでしたが、クレームブリュレのパテが美味しすぎておかわりのビールを注文。感動的なおいしさでした。ビールもきめ細かい泡でおいしい。
ここで夕食を済ませてしまおうという事になり、カプレーゼとパスタを注文。
カプレーゼはジューシーなトマトとこだわりのモッツァレラチーズがとても良く合います。
パスタはカルボナーラを頂きました。
濃厚で、アルデンテの歯ごたえもちょうどよくいくらでも食べられるパスタです。
こちらのお店は産地も全て表記されていて、自家製で作られているものも多く、シェフのこだわりが感じられます。
駅から少し遠いのですが、是非行って頂きたいお店です。
自信を持っておすすめしたいお店です。
