珍しいメニューもあるイタリアン
カウンター席とテーブル席を合わせて10席ちょっとの、こじんまりとしたお店。店員さんはマスターとホールの2人。メニューは定番から変わったメニューまで色々。今回はクマやカルガモがあった。
今回頼んだメニュー
・ラディッシュとアンチョビのサラダ
：アンチョビの塩気とレモンの酸味が程良い。
・カルボナーラスバゲットーニ
：濃厚な卵黄とチーズのソースが美味しい。
・佐賀県産かるがもムネ肉炭火焼き
：合鴨は時々食べるが、かるがもは初めて。愛くるしい姿を想像すると罪悪感が湧いてくる、人もいるかもしれない。かるがも自体は合鴨よりクセがなく、食べやすい。自家製燻製塩、胡椒、バルサミコ酢を付けて食べる。燻製塩の香りが凄く良かった。
ワインも色々あるみたいで、オステリアなのかな？でも夕食目当てにお邪魔しています。
帰りにメレンゲをお土産としてもらえるのも嬉しい。

・茅ヶ崎産カブのバーニャカウダソース
：カブの歯応えとバーニャカウダソースの塩気が良い。お酒に合いそう。
・4種のチーズのリガトーニ
：チーズたっぷりで、スプーンで食べると良い。チーズ好きにはたまらない。
・島根産いのししのポルケッタ
：肉々しいのかと思って注文したら、脂ののりが凄い。
全体的に味付けがしっかりとしており、お酒に合いそう。お店の雰囲気もオステリアといった感じ。
