2023年11月下旬平日 煮干そば 950円
ランチに此方を訪問。斜め前の駐車場に車を停めて開店直後に入店。
券売機で煮干そばの食券を買い空いていたカウンター席に着席。
店内はカウンター７席。いまだにコロナ対策のボードで席の間が仕切られている。
店主さんのワンオペで程なくして丼が登場。
スープは煮干清湯醤油。煮干し香りが高くエグニガを抑えた煮干しの強い旨みが押し寄せる。但し塩気もかなり高めで個人的にはショッパイ。
麺は麺屋棣鄂製の低加水細麺。固めの茹で加減でパツンとした歯切れ。少しもそりとする。麺量は少な目。
具はチャーシュー、刻みタマネギ、カイワレ、海苔。チャーシューは豚肩ロースの焼豚だろうか。良い肉を使っているのだろう、とても旨い。タマネギ、カイワレはスープに良く合う。
サクット完食。ご馳走様でした。
