茅ヶ崎市のゆるキャラ「えぼし麿呂」を模ったたい焼き。
トースターで温めていただきました。
中には栗とこしあんが、みっちり入っています。
生地はふっくらホットケーキのような仕上がり。
優しい甘さのたい焼きでしたね。
大きくて、見た目も可愛らしく、食べ応えがありましたよ。
