今日はひさしぶりに茅ケ崎デートです。
北口で待ち合わせ、徒歩2分ほどの場所にある「PATIO」さんにやってきました。
こちらでは本格的なスペイン料理が楽しめるとか。
先ずは大好きなサッポロ白穂乃香樽生（780円）で乾杯です。
オードブル6点盛り（1280円）が豪華でびっくり。
脂ののった鰯のマリネにバゲットにのったゴルゴンゾーラムースははちみつと。
ドライトマトとオリーブのマリネに
帆立の香草バター焼きはぷりっと仕上がっていました。
ハモンセラーノとモルタデッラ
イベリコ豚のローストポークが美味しかった！
グリル野菜もたっぷり。
続いてエスカルゴのブルゴーニュ風（980円）に合わせ
すっきり辛口のカヴァ、マサックス・ブリュット（580円）を。
何気にお初のエスカルゴ！
柔らかい鮑みたい？香草バターが美味しいです。
そしてお願いして作ってもらっているというバゲットは
かたくもやわらかくもなく、脂をしっかり吸って二度美味しいです。
ハモンセラーノとオリーブ詰めたマッシュルームの姿焼き（860円）
しっかりめのエラリス・エステート・シャルドネ（600円）と楽しみました。
ペスカトーレ・ビアンカ（1300円）は
自慢の縮れ生パスタが凝縮した魚介のスープをたっぷり吸って絶品！
〆にいただいたのはイベリコ豚のパエージャ（3800円）
アルデンテ加減も絶妙な頬肉やスペアリブが豪快に乗ったお肉のパエージャ。
お願いすれば丁寧に取り分けて下さいますよ。
そんなお肉料理に合せるのは南アフリカのカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン
ガーディアンピーク・フロンティア（600円）とワインのセレクトもど真ん中！
そしてうっかりお願いしたデザート
テリーヌショコラベリーソースとあまおうのアイスクリーム添え（580円）
ビターなテリーヌショコラとベリーソースがワインにも合う！
ふわっとムースのような舌触りのアイスクリームも美味しかったです。
さらに自家瀬のサングリアが素晴らしかった！
柑橘系の果物のみで仕上げたサングリアはシロップが別添えなので
甘いお酒が苦手な私でもすっきりと美味しくいただけました。
行き届いた接客と伝統にのっとった
正統派のスペイン料理を心ゆくまで楽しめるお店です。
月イチ（不定期）で開催されるフラメンコショーは是非予約して行きたい！
目の前で繰り広げられるフラメンコショーは圧巻だそうですよ。
