As you can see from the month of visit, this is a review of a visit in August 2019! I decided to write this because the title is provocative in the current social climate. I'm sad that we have to write such things in this world. This is more evident in people's hearts than the coronavirus. I went for a walk in Shonan that day. I came to this Beer Bars. It's located in a corner of a shopping street about a two-minute walk from the north exit of JR Chigasaki Station. It opened on July 28, 2017, so it's a relatively new shop. As it's a smoked food and craft beer shop, it's a safe place for daytime drinkers who are in the mood to drink heavily from noon, so I came here for a daytime drink. When I entered the shop, there were nine two-seater tables in the front and one one-seater table. The layout was a counter with four seats at the very back. I was shown to a one-seater table. Right next to me, there was a lunch party for ladies at four two-seater tables lined up. It was incredibly lively and looked like a lot of fun. Behind the scenes. The shop is run by two people, one man and one woman. Japanese pop and rock music plays in the background. There is a tablet terminal for ordering on the table. You order by operating this. After looking at the menu for a while, I decided to have the following on this day. ・Lunch only set: Draft craft beer + 5 kinds of smoked food 950 yen (excluding tax) The above draft craft beers are listed on the wall, from number 1 to 8, so I chose the following while looking at them. ・Hitachino Nest Yuzu Lager Glass I think it will be about 280ml. The color looks like a slightly pale pilsner. When you drink it, you can definitely taste the yuzu flavor. In a good way, the yuzu flavor is not too strong. I think this is a beer that women will like. ・5 kinds of smoked food A smoked platter of bacon, sausage, soft-boiled egg, cheese, and potato salad. Sauerkraut, cucumber, young corn, paprika, cherry tomato pickles, and whole grain mustard are also included. I thought it was unusual to smoke the potato salad as well, but each dish had a moderate smoked aroma and was delicious. ・Indian Blue Demon Glass 500 yen (excluding tax) I had a fruity yuzu-flavored one earlier, so I ordered the exact opposite. This one has a very bitter taste. At the same time, it has a rich flavor. The color is also a little stronger than white, which is probably in proportion to the flavor. This is a drink for connoisseurs. Add in the consumption tax of 116 yen and the total comes to 1,566 yen. The five types of smoked foods that come with the lunch-only set are quite filling, so if you wanted to drink just this, you could drink 3 liters. And it comes with a craft beer worth 500 yen, so it's a good deal at 950 yen. I'm glad to see more and more places that welcome daytime drinking like this (^^) The other day, when I talked to the female owner of a cake and saree specialty store, we agreed that daytime drinking "stimulates the economy."
