茅ヶ崎で喰い散らかし！
【訪問：2018.8.31】
本日は茅ヶ崎で昼ラーメンです。
鉄砲通りと海岸との間に広がる住宅街。
三角地の一角に三角形をした建物で営業中。
昼は食事処、夜は居酒屋がメインとなるお店のようです。
メニューは思ったよりもラインナップが豊富。
ランチのセットも気になったが、
今回はチャーシュータンメン（￥800）をいただくことに。
少し待たされて登場です。
スープは、優しい味わいの塩味。
あっさりとして塩加減もほどよく抑えた感じ。
じんわりと旨みがあってなかなかです。
麺は、極細のちぢれ麺。
茹で具合はほどよくスープの絡みもいい。
ただ、麺自体も絡みやすくて少々食べづらいかな。
チャーシューが四枚。
箸で掴むとホロホロッと崩れる柔らかさ。
肉の旨みがじんわりと味わえてなかなか。
野菜もなかなかのボリューム感。
内容は、いわゆるタンメンらしい肉、野菜たち。
ほとんど炒めない方式。
まあ、何というか想像通り。
タンメンにチャーシューをトッピング。
肉が結構ガッツリといただけていいんじゃないかな。
お昼は、コーヒー付きみたい。
暑いのでアイスでいただきます。
次回、ランチのセットを狙ってみよう！
