茅ヶ崎駅から徒歩約2分の場所にある
「炭火焼き酒場 よっちゃん」さんへ！
ごま塩葱レバーやおでんおまかせ5種
はまぐりラーメンなどの他数品を注文。
ごま塩葱レバーは低温調理しているそうで
ごま油、白ごまがトッピングされています！
レバーは厚めに切られていますが口の中で
トロッとクリーミーな食感が広がり
臭みはなくとても美味しかったです！
にんにくや生姜、長ねぎ、青ねぎと
薬味がたっぷりなのも嬉しかったです！
おでんおまかせ5種は大きな大根と
こんにゃく、ちくわ、玉子2個でした！
海鮮の出汁を使用して煮ているそうで
味が良く染み込んでいて美味しかったです！
自家製ポテチは揚げ立てに塩と青のりが
かけられケチャップが付いています！
揚げ立てだからこそ芋の旨味が良く
感じられてつまみに間違いのない1品です！
締めに頂いたはまぐりラーメンは
喉越しの良い中細麺に塩ベースの
はまぐり出汁のスープを合わせていて
トッピングには大きなはまぐり1個や
わかめ、三つ葉、長ねぎ、青ねぎ
白ごまなどが盛り付けられています！
はまぐりの出汁が飲んだ後の身体に
じんわり沁み渡って堪らなかったです！
今回は2件目でサクッとだったので
次は浜焼きなども楽しんでみたいです！
