What I ordered: Sabichi Sandwich (950 yen) When I arrived at the restaurant at 12:30 on a weekday, the seats on the second floor were full, but the seats on the first floor right next to the entrance were empty and I was able to sit down right away. Sabichi Sandwich is a vegetable sandwich made with fried eggplant and boiled egg. The sauce was exquisitely delicious! (From the shop's Instagram) Sabichi sandwich is a Middle Eastern soul food. It is a popular sandwich along with Falafel sandwich and kebab sandwich. Fried eggplant, boiled egg, tahini (sesame paste), cucumber, tomato, pickles, sumac, sukug (green chili coriander paste), etc. In addition to basic vegetables, we use Dokkoi Farm's pickled onions, garlic, and Destroyer. Herbs are also cilantro, parsley, and perilla. The sauce is made with tahini, turmeric, and dried mango powder. That's what I said! In addition to being able to easily eat a quick meal, the sauce and herbs stimulated my appetite, and I was able to enjoy a healthy lunch full of vegetables that made my body happy. It was delicious on this day too. It was a feast.
