There are many attractive Italian Cuisine Restaurants around Chigasaki, and the number of BM restaurants is increasing... Sweat Meanwhile, this is a restaurant where you can enjoy dishes that make good use of local Shonan ingredients. This is something I've been curious about for quite some time. The visit finally came true. ① Shop appearance, atmosphere, interior, etc. It's about a 7-minute walk from the south exit of Chigasaki Station. It is located in an area with a calm atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle in front of the station. The warm light spills out to the outside of the store, giving it a simple but lovely appearance. There are only table seats inside. The stylish interior is based on white and wood grain brown. It seems to be very well received by women. ② About the food “Roasted shiitake mushrooms and pancetta 1,700 yen” Roasted using large shiitake mushrooms from Sato Farm in Fujisawa. The combination of the salty pancetta and the juicy flavor of the shiitake mushrooms makes it a great starter. “Fujisawa gamecock semolina flour fritto 1,900 yen” Fujisawa gamecock fritto. It wasn't the body part, it was the so-called ``internal organs'' (heart, liver). I also like internal organs, so I don't have a problem with it, but I would like it to be listed on the menu. Some people are not good at it. The aroma of the semolina flour and the sourness of the lemon went very well together. “Squat squid ragu meat sauce spaghettone 2,000 yen” A rich ragu sauce made with the whole liver of the squid from Odawara. Probably because it was fresh, there was no odor at all, and the strong flavor of the squid hit you right in the head.The drinks we went with were a cold Moretti beer and Italian Bio white wine. ③About the staff's customer service The hall is run by a young woman by herself. I was left with a good impression by the bright and cheerful reception. The chef recommended wine to me as he said he was still learning about wine. The chef also served the food when he was free, providing a homely customer service. However, the speed at which food is served is slow. It was a little painful because I was hungry. ④About CP I think the price is reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients used and the ingenuity in cooking, but I honestly felt it was too expensive. The atmosphere of the store was nice and the staff's customer service was pleasant, so overall, I would say the CP is average. Other things I noticed: Looking at everyone's reviews, it seems like you'll get a better deal if you visit for lunch.
