・人参のムース
とにかくクリーミー
・カンパチのカルパッチョ
昆布締めで寝かせてあるのかねっとりとした旨味
が広がります。
・鳥のテリーヌ
あっさりの中に鳥の旨味があります。
・鱧のベニエ
カラッと揚げた身にバルサミコ酢が合ってました。
●鎌倉野菜のマリネ
さつまいもと黄色の人参が特に味がしっかりとして
美味しかったです。
●パン ☆3.3
●北海道エゾ鹿シンタマのロースト(+400) ☆3.8
里芋の西京味噌焼き
鹿はむかーし、一度食べた事があって柔らかくって、
少しレバーのような味があって旨味があり、これが
冬の味覚かぁとの記憶があったのでオーダーしまし
た。
さっぱりとした肉質でした。

・ほうじ茶のクリームブリュレ
・柿のシャーベット
・洋梨のコンポート
・いちごのワイン煮
柿のシャーベットは滑らかで香り高く
ほうじ茶のブリュレってどんなだろう？
味も香りもこんなに！と思うほどほうじ茶！
とにかくこれだけの手の込んだお料理が2000円

これは夢か？
欠点といえばお店がこじんまりしてるのですぐに
満席になることぐらい…。
