Enjoy laksa, a noodle dish famous in Singapore and Malaysia ♪ Feel free to come along with your children ◎
The owner fell in love with laksa and opened the shop with the desire to make laksa available in Japan too! About 10 years ago, I discovered laksa in Australia, where there are many laksa specialty sh |
I went in wondering what kind of restaurant it was in paradise on the sign and whether I could enter! The inside of the restaurant is comfortable! It was my first time eating laksa. It is a noodle dish eaten in Southeast Asia, and it seems that there are various flavors depending on the region, and the Singaporean style is characterized by a curry flavor. It is a fragrant soup dish using various spices! The set menu A to C sets come with rice, and you can add it to the soup after finishing the noodles. Alcohol is available from Heartland, Singha, and Chang beer! The rice set is Oimeshi and is all-you-can-eat. Water is self-service and there was a lotus flower. I chose a single laksa with a small volume. You can choose from 5 types of noodles, 1 to 3 are wheat flour noodles, and 4 to 5 are rice flour noodles. Most people choose 2 to 3 if they are closer to the local area! I chose the 4th one. For some reason, I wanted to eat pho noodles! The ingredients are shrimp, deep-fried tofu, coriander, bean sprouts, cucumber, and fried onion, and when you mix it well with red shrimp paste and eat it, an indescribable Asian aroma spreads in your mouth and your appetite improves! It definitely makes you want to eat rice! The texture of the shrimp and deep-fried tofu is irresistible! I thought the spices would have a strong flavor, but they were not strong and it was easy to eat! It also contains coriander, which changes the flavor when you eat it and is delicious!
