再訪・初レビュー
もう10年以上訪れることがなかった此方。特段その理由がある訳でもなく、立地やアクセス的には使いやすいお店のはずなんですがね。ただ個人的にはイマイチ清潔感を感じられない印象なところはその理由の1つになっているのかも知れません。
3月中旬の平日、難民なりかけの14時前に訪店。先客はゼロ。
気温は高めとは言え、店は開けっぴろげ。心象的にもエアコン(無い？)入れるなりで入口扉くらいは閉めた方がいいのになぁと思いながら入店。
と、ひと月前に下書きしてあったレビューですが、このコロナ禍の今となってはそれを見越してそうされていたのか？と振り返られますが、基本的にいつもそうな気がしますが(^^;;
壁面のメニューに目を向けるとマー油ラーメンの文字が。以前来た時はマー油推しだったかな？と。
ただ仕事中もあるのでマー油は避けて、チャーシューメンを注文。
【チャーシューメン ¥850】
5分強で着丼です。
トッピングは海苔3枚、ほうれん草、ネギ、味玉半分、それにチャーシューが5,6切れほどかな。チャーシューは肩ロースですかね、柔らかい食感の肉肉しい印象のチャーシューです。
麺は少し透明感感じる、やや縮れた中太麺です。コシはほどほど。こちらは一応家系？でしょうが、凡庸な麺といえばそれまでかなぁ。
スープは豚骨臭がやや強めですね。臭みとまでは言いませんが、ややキツめかなと。タレの塩味もやや強めなので、バランスは取れています。個人的にはそこまで…とは感じますが、好きな人にはこの系統の味はハマるのかも知れないなと再認識。
個人的には瞠るほどでは無いにせよ、長らく頑張られているお店ですから、ファンもいらっしゃるのでしょうし、安定的に客付きも悪くないのだと思います。
また暫くしてから訪れそうな、そんな気がします(^^;;
