国道一号沿いで長々と気になってたお店。 昼時は前面駐車場が空いてなくていつも素通りしてしまってたお店です。 3年ぶりの平塚の七夕！ せっかく徒歩で通りかかったので寄らせて頂きました☆
日曜日の13時でしたが先客は無し。 カウンター席の他に座敷的な席が2卓あったのでそちらへ座らせてもらいました。 しかし今年の夏は暑いですね〜 うまみ屋さんもクーラー無しで扇風機のみ。 なかなか暑いです。 極上マー油らーめん(750円) と味噌らーめん(800円)を注文。 店主さんのスピードはなかなか早く、ほぼ同時に着丼です。
うん、マー油らーめんはなかなかのコク。 麺との相性も良いし半熟玉子も旨し。 何よりチャーシューが炙りのひと手間で香ばしく、とても美味しかった。
味噌らーめんも『The、味噌らーめん』な感じでなかなか濃い味噌。チャーシューは厚めのぶつ切りで好きなタイプでこちらも美味しかったです。 味の濃さに対して少し脂身が欲しくなったので、こちらにマー油もありだろうなぁ なんて思いながら頂きました。
味は良いのに暑いお店でしたが、値段も変えずに頑張ってらっしゃる(熱い)お店。 味と雰囲気、どちらを取るかにもよりますが、好きな方はリピートするだろうなとは思いました。 ご馳走様でした！(^^)
