もう随分、時間が経ってしまい、申し訳無いのですが、訪問したのは12月。
12月って「忘年会」「この一年間のご褒美」って名目で、理由もなく贅沢出来る月ですよね。
この年末の贅沢に選んだのは、マイレビさまたちがオフ会で利用し、絶賛されていたお店。
私もいつか行ってみたいとBMしており、この日、念願の初訪問です。
伺ったのは土曜、事前予約しての訪問です。
早い時間に行けば予約無しでも入店出来そうですが、絶えず来客があるため、
事前予約が無難だと思います。
最初は生ビールで乾杯。
寒い日でもよく冷えたビールはウマイ！
料理は痛風もカロリーも気にせず、食べたいものをいただきます。

どれも美味しくて、きっと何を頼んでもハズレがないと思います。
しかし並べてみると、プリン体が好きなことが分かる。。。
白子・あん肝サイコーだったな。（しみじみ）
白子は口溶けが滑らかで、素材の良さと下処理の丁寧さが伝わります。
自宅で天ぷらにしたことがあるですが、爆発してしまい散々な結果に。
でもさすが職人さんですね、爆発してないのはもちろん絶妙な揚げ加減でした。
あん肝の天ぷらはお初でしたが、あん肝自体に油分が多いので、
天ぷらにすると少々クドく感じました。
あん肝はそのままが一番ですね。
そのお料理には日本酒でしょ？！
と日本酒も色々といただきましたよ。
どれも美味しくて、ついつい飲み過ぎてしまいました。
途中でホッピーをお願いし、ホッピーをチェイサー代わりに（笑）
今振り返っても、美味しかったなあ〜という記憶が蘇ります。
もう白子・あん肝は終わっちゃったかな。
料理だけでなく接客も良く、初訪問でも居心地が良かったのも印象的です。
まだ新しいお店のようですが、長く続いて欲しい、応援したくなる良店でした。
