年末のランチに寄ったのは【シェフミヤド】さん。以前から気になりながら行けていなかった中華料理店です。
店内はちょっと薄暗いですが、落ち着く雰囲気です。こちらのご主人は中華街で修行された方らしい。
オーダーしたのは………
▼マーボーメン @900円 :私
▼上海焼きそば @850円 :妻
大好物のマーボーメンは、山椒がしっかりかかっていて、町中華とはひと味違う、なかなか本格的な味わい。
トロミ加減は少しゆるいですが、豆腐はフワフワでいい感じ。細麺の縮れ麺とよく絡んで美味しいマーボーメンでした！
奥さんの上海焼きそばは、良く炒められていて香ばしく、味付けも良いですね。豚肉や野菜もたっぷりで美味しい焼きそばでした。
また口直しのオレンジゼリーが付いているのも嬉しいですね。
思っていたよりなかなか美味しいお店。
次回はチャーハンなどで再確認したいお店となりました。
