フードコートなので、単にうまげやさんだけの事で言えば普通なのでしょうが、
ここのフードコート全体としては、素晴らしく小さなお子さん連れに優しい～場所でした・・・
子供たちが座って座敷のように食べれるエリアには、店員さんが頼んだ品を
持ってきてくれて、食べ終わったら下げてくれるサービス・・セルフの一部を代行です。
そんな、フードコートにあった饂飩屋さんを今回は訪問・・・
先客に元少年だった、東山さんの奥さん(成城のお嬢)似の人も並んでましたが、
はなまる系なので味は庶民の平均的な讃岐系、値段は系列本店よりビミョ～に高い、
しかし、はなまる店舗より美味しく感じるのは、気のせいなのでしょうか?
ネギを盛るか否かを注文時に聞かれる、店員さんの盛付システムなのですが、
多めと言えば多少多く盛ってくれるのが嬉しかった。・・青ネギならもっと良しです・・
だし汁は、ライバル店?の丸亀さんより少し薄めで塩分制限者にはチョット良し・・
麺は、少々固めに感じます、(店舗での茹で方で変化自在なのでしょうが)
はなまるより柔らかくて、丸亀より硬い、私の好きなツル硬麺でした。
