センスが溢れてます
昔からのお気に入りのお店です。以前は別の場所で「炎」として坦々麺専門のお店でした。坦々麺は今も人気ですが今日食したのは、白醤油らぁ〜麺850円、味玉100円です。具は鶏チャーシューと生ハム、貝割れ大根、エリンギをメンマの様な味付けたもの。アクセントに鷹の爪の千切り、白ゴマ。とても珍しい組合せです。特にエリンギの味付けと食感が秀逸。
スープはスッキリしていて飲みやすい。めんは細麺ストレート。ポツっとした歯応えで私好み。味玉はトロっと半熟で味付けも絶妙で美味しい。スープと麺の相性、具のチョイス。どれを取ってもセンス抜群ですね。

閉店間際にギリギリセーフ。食したのは、醤油らぁ〜麺900円、味玉100円です。
飲んだ後なのであっさりスッキリのスープが堪らない。細麺ストレートでパツンとした食感も私の好み。
このお店の具がセンス抜群で塩味のある生ハムに薄味だけどしっかりした食感のバラチャーシュー、メンマのようなエリンギが特に好みです。
そしてこだわり卵を使った味玉は味付けは薄めですが卵自体の味が濃厚で超お勧めです。この味玉を100円で提供している奇跡をぜひ味わっていただきたい。ちなみに卵は寒川の契約養鶏場から仕入れているそうです。
