平塚駅って降りた事あったかな？？
小学校の時に何かで来たような気がする。
北口を出てロータリーを左側に周り、
崎陽軒の前を遠って商店街の右側。
「平塚邸」さん初めまして。
一瞬エレベーターが動いてないかと思ったくらい、静かに滑るエレベーター。
ちょっと体験してみて頂きたい笑
エレベーターが開くと明るいエントランス。
直ぐに店員さんが来て、靴を脱ぐ事を伝えられます。
歩き出すと靴下が床にくっつく！悲
靴を脱ぐお店ってちょっと困るんですよね、靴下必須です…。
廊下には透かし窓があって、オブジェか見えます。可愛いですね。
ビルの窓側の席は、明るい陽射しが入って
景色も開放感があります。
予約をするなら是非窓側を！
注文はQRコードを読み取って、スマホからの注文になります。かなり普及しましたね。
メニューを見ると料理の写真が全くない。
想像力が必要になります。

久しぶりに食べた明石風たこ焼き、出汁に付けると美味しいですね。
本場のはもっと玉子っぽい生地なんですけど、これは普通のたこ焼きで笑
なんかお安いですね！

ふわふわです、これは焼きたて？電子レンジじゃなさそう。冷凍の味がしないので、ちゃんと焼いているのですね！
葱も乗っていて丁寧な作りです。

お安い居酒屋で出てくるお刺身じゃない盛り付けの綺麗さ。
割烹出身の板さんがキッチンに居ますか？
盛り付ける人によって、料理は本当に変わりますよね…。
先日のお店と大きく違います。
わさびの飾りも嬉しい。
普通に出て来るより3倍美味しく感じますね。
ホールの店員さんは男性1人だったのですが
めちゃくちゃ丁寧で、お醤油の入れ物まで丁寧教えてくれて
個室の扉をノックしてから更に数秒間を置き、声掛けしてから扉を開けるという
ビジネスクラスの様な接客で凄かったです。
居酒屋さんのバイトは大変だと思いますが、
笑顔で言葉遣いもちゃんとしていて、
関心しきりでした。
黒縁メガネの彼のお陰でお店は人気になるのでは…(時給UP！)
廊下のベタベタとテーブル下にゴミが落ちていたのを除いて、とても良いお店でした。
