平塚駅から20分ほど北上したところにあるラーメン屋さんになります。岐阜タンメンにも似ているビジュアルで気になっていましたがお酒を飲んだ後の〆で伺います。タンメン味玉2辛に瓶ビールを注文します。
程なくすると到着します。ニンニク香る背脂塩ラーメンで麺は縮れた細麺です。ジャンキーな味ながらお酒飲んだ後のしめとしても良い感じです。シャキッとした白菜と豚肉が具材として散りばめられていて、辛ミソを溶かしながら食べると美味しいですね。味玉はしっかり味がついていてビールのアテになります。卓上には胡椒、お酢、辣油があり味変しながらいただいたらご馳走様です。
