接客がいい、なんて言うと、料理や味が二の次のような文章になってしまいますが、決してそういうことではありません。厨房は旦那様でホールは奥さまという典型的なパパママ営業です。お店のつくりも、ちょっとした庭にイチジクやオリーブ、そしてハーブがあったり。掃除も行き届いていて、トイレもピカピカの快適空間。こんなお店に子供を連れて行ったら台無し、と思いつつも、つい吸い込まれるように訪れてしまいます。奥さまの笑顔の接客が百点満点で、幼い子供がすっかりファンになってしまいました。押し付けがましいことは一切なく、素人に判りやすく、食材や料理方法を教えてくれます。美味しい料理については別の機会に投稿しますが、とにかく接客では東京品質と太鼓判を押させていただきます。
