普段、外食でボンゴレを選ぶことはほとんど無い
ですが、ここは狙いすませていたのです
たっぷりのスープに沢山のアサリのボンゴレビアンコ
さらにミニドリアってのが珍しくてイイなって
お店は大通りから入った小道にありますが、わりと大きめな駐車場にはすでに沢山のクルマが。
食べログ内のレビュー数より、もっとずっと地元の人たちに親しまれていそうです
店内はやや懐かしい、ザ 外食な雰囲気。

外食はやっぱ特別なものだもの
メニューは多彩ですが、ランチのボンゴレを頼みます
⚫︎ボンゴレ&ミニドリア 1430円
サラダ・ドリンク付き
ほぼレタスのサラダが潔い。
けっこう酸っぱいドレッシングでした
さあー、登場したボンゴレビアンコ。
殻付きアサリじゃなくて、剥き身の缶を使ったようなスタイルは、修行先から継承した平塚スタイルのようです
アサリがたっぷり
スープにはニンニクも効いていて、
最終的にはこのスープがうまい料理です
かぁー、これ、パンに浸して食べてえなあ
さらにミニドリアはこんがりチーズがたっぷりでコクがあり、さっぱりしたボンゴレの相棒にピッタリだと思います
ボンゴレだけだったら物足りなかったけど、このセットでおススメですね
ちなみに この日のDランチ 魚料理は、鰆のマスタード焼き。Eランチはチキンのガーリック焼きとのことでした。
町中華が流行るいま、町イタと呼びたくなるような親しみやすい雰囲気も人気の理由だと思います
