結構な賑わいで以前の活気が戻っていた感じです。
今宵は胡麻坦々麺ドッカンネギトッピングでした。
醤油系よりは坦々麺、または熟成味噌をおすすめします。
今度は麻辣にチャレンジです。
安定した味。
熟成味噌ネギラーメン。
九条ネギかな、青いネギってうまいんです。
スープに浸して食べると美味しい。
チャーシューごイマイチな感じかな。
