普通のラーメン感覚ではなく新しいジャンルの麺だと思います
たまに、食べたくなる
体に良さそう、そして自然を感じる味付け
本日はチャーシューらーめん
こちらは普段の鳥チャーシューに代わり豚肩ロース
薄めの味付けが素材の味をしっかり出して
なかなかグッド
スープは相変わらず油少なめ味やや薄めで他のラーメン屋さんとはまったく別
場所はわかりづらいですが目の前駐車場でわりと空いてますからその点は行きやすいお店です
